Shipping
Unless otherwise specified, all items are shipped via US Postal Mail. This has proved the least expensive and most reliable carrier that we have used. We reserve the right to change shippers and/or level of service (Media Mail, First Class, Priority Mail, etc) at any time and without notice. Usually we will assess the shipping destination and pick the fastest method, then ship based upon that.
Returns
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number first. NO returns will be accepted without an RMA. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
